Merrill Edge Pinnacle Club

Does anyone know what qualifies an advisor at BOA/Merrill Edge for Pinnacle Club? I'm thinking is has to be different (lower) than the $8 million of production required for the recognition at regular Merrill Lynch. I know someone who earn Pinnacle there in a bank branch and my mind would be completely blown if this guy is doing that kind of production. I think until very recently he was living with his parents with his wife and two babies.
