Caught up today with a friend of mine who’s there now. Did over $600K last
year. He told me that they put him on salary (1/2006) with a bonus pool
and is now a part of HSBC Premier Banking? I know its typical banking
mentality. Thoughts anyone?

So your buddy is a FA but with a pay that is based off of a premier banker grid?
