Have any experience with RBC?

I’m being recruited to open and manage an RBC branch. Anybody have any experience working with RBC that can give some insight – in particular to 1) culture 2) breadth of offerings 3) back office support 4) software / planning capabilities? I’m wondering if it’s worth exploring further or not…
