Ed Jones is cuttin back!

Notified today that all salaried staff (including BOA’s) are having a pay freeze this year.  No raises.  In another effort to save $$, GP spouses will not be attending the summer regionals (which had already been shortened a day).

  Here's an idea - give the BOA's their raises, and let's all have our summer regional meetings over the satellite system.  I promise I'll watch, and I'll even wear my Jones golf shirt during the broadcast.   We've been in the zero bonus bracket before, but there must be some serious pain going on in the home office right now.
