Bank Of The West?

Evening guys,

Does anyoen have any information on the advisory program with BOTW? I am currently working with a west coast bank and have been considering taking an offer at BOTW. The platform/advisory business is still very green however quickly growing. They had a few key executive hires in the last two years from prominent banks.

Does anyone currently work there? Have any positives or negatives that they could share?
