They rolled out a new training program 6 mnths ago…PMD I believe (no more POA).
Were there and is there a clause that has them chasing you for "Training" fees or the salary they paid you should decide to walk a year/two from now (for whatever reason). Thanks.Oct 16, 2008 1:41 am
Not sure about the new one…the old one says $38,000 if before your first production anniversary; $19,000 before your second. Rumor is they are not enforcing as they need to make room for the BAI folks.
