12b1 fees

Everyone here keep close track Of the 12b1 fees for all the funds family under management? I know wells Fargo had issues of not paying the fees to advisors during the whole age/wach/wells transition and I don’t think all the families send 12b1 fees to broker dealer.

I track them. No issues at Jones.
