Needed: Post Modern Portfolio Theory Software

I'm looking for an inexpensive allocation software that is based on POST Modern Portfolio Theory. The software needs to allow for inputs based on ETFs, and include a risk tolerance questionnaire for clients that would segregate them into one of four possible account levels.
Any and all input will be greatly appreciated.

Allocation Master is a good model to use.
