Autodialer system

dear fellows,

i am a young rep working with lead cards and its just frustrating. all reps in my firm works with lead cards and no CRM system.

i am not saying you can not make money but i am more concerned about effciancy and how much you may leave on the table - not working organize.

can anyone recommend me on a low cost auto dialer they use and happy with.

also is there any way to scan lead cards into excel in an efficient way?
