Analytics
Just a quick question on whether you guys run your own analytics or outsource? Do you have a preferred Analytics suite that you use if you run your own? Do you run those analytics or do you have a dedicated employee to run those that you oversee?
Working on streamlining my process and want to know what others are doing. Thanks in advance.in reference to what?
Like do you use a TAMP like say Brinker or do you run your own financial anaytics and/or utilize you own interview process for Money Managers (if you use SMAs). If you run your own analytics to achieve higher ALPHA is there s technology suite you prefer over another?in reference to what?
I prefer Jonesnet.
LSU - have you tried using JMP? It’s expensive, but it’s thorough. SAS has top notch programs. You could use WINKS too, but I have a hard time with it.
I get JMP for free, so I use that.
Spiff - JOOGLE and Jonesnet don’t really help you with what LSU is talking about.
LOL....or as we techies call it "Joogle"I prefer Jonesnet.
excel…
Excel and Numbers will work, but you will have to do a LOT of programming to make it work the way LSU is talking about.
Good luck.
Seriously, Mo, I hope you know he was just kidding.LSU - have you tried using JMP? It’s expensive, but it’s thorough. SAS has top notch programs. You could use WINKS too, but I have a hard time with it.
