Starting Over Again

I am coming from the client service/order entry side of the business. However I'm focused and committed on building a solid and lasting advisory business. I just turned 36 a few days ago , I have 10+ years of client service experience, series7, 63, and Health/Life Insurance. I'm incredibly euphoric about this transition that I'm about to undertake and needed some veteran advice on what firms provided the best training/compensation for a newbie.
