Referrals

Anyone have a referral idea that works. One is, have been getting few of client's friends together for lunch to discuss the company 401k (no personal info)? Anyone have anything like this idea that is working?

Do a good job for people and pay attention to the clients who are receptive to referring you out. Picking up the tab for golf never hurts.
