You will only make it if
YOU INHERIT ACCOUNTS OR BUY A BOOK!
I totally disagree. This topic has been discussed over and over again. However, you can not dispute the fact that it takes a very special individual to make it in this business.

There is not a formal equation for success in this business. Some people come from Ivy League schools and I have even seen one guy make the jump form tire salesman to broker.
Without a doubt, if you are going to be successful you have to be comfortable asking family and friends for money.. This can pose a very awkward situation. Especially if you are young and you were a complete dick off during the adolescent years- this has been the biggest thorn in my side so far..
Merry Christmas everyone…
Give me a break
Give me a break
That might be your problem...you don't believe the truth when it's handed to
you.

Money is thicker than blood. Never hit up on family, leave them in the dark about what you do. For years my family thought I sold life insurance.
I hope that you sold life insurance to your family.
Read my quote. At the end of the day it is like most things in life,
mind over matter. For some reason when I get a no, most of the time it
motivates me more, especially when they are rude.
