Which Financial Designation Should I Go For?

Hey everyone,
I'm about to take my series 65, I already have my insurance license, and I have the FPQP designation (Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional).
I DO NOT HAVE A DEGREE, just a high school diploma and a love of personal finance and investing. I have horrible ADHD and school just isn't for me. My boss, who manages over $100 million also doesn't have a degree.
There are a few more substantial designations that do not require a Bachelor's degree, just that you do the work and I'm wondering which one would be the best to go for. Maybe the answer is none of them if they're not the CFP. I don't know, just figured Id ask.
