Wells Fargo Advisors Trainee Program

I’m sure this is already up here somewhere, but I could not find it. Going in on thursday to negotiate my salary for the Wells Fargo Advisors Trainee program. Already have my 7 & 63, CT branch office, switching over with no assets (was in a joint book with a senior FA) from a boutique in NYC. Rumors are salary for the 2 year program are anywhere b/w 45-65 depending on area of the country. Being in the northeast I’m assuming I’ll be towards the higher end. Does anyone have any ideas what Wells typically offers as for the 2 year program and/or how much room I’ll have to negotiate?
