UBS==is it salary or draw?

Is "salary" offer from UBS salary or draw?

If salary, are there any repay stipulations?

If I were to ever leave, it would be out of the industry not to another firm.

And, yes, yes.  i know that this kind of decision is not all about salary.  I understand that and the "salary" is only a small part of my decision making process.
