UBS or EdwardJones?

I am a new rookie at this industry. I’m torn between these two firms (UBS & EdwardJones) since I recently received an offer from each firm. Although I have not applied elsewhere, I am leaning towards UBS at this point. Any advise? For all you senior Advisors, what is the perception of UBS and EdwardJones in the marketplace?
