Everyone who posts regularly knows this giant tit calling himself Put Trader...trust me ....the best way to get him to shelve his journalistic career on this site is to ignore all his posts, his replies, his 'advice', his blatant racist views etc etc...
Like a fish out of water, he will very quickly start to squirm when no one responds, and hopefully with every post from him, his fingers will tire more and more, until one day those fingers will come to a grinding halt and Put will gradually realise what his opinions are worth...................jack sh*t.

Secondly, I don't know what kind of Human Resource training your firm requires but most wall street firms require their people complete an annual certification for sexual harrassment issues as well as racial, ethnicity & cultural issues and they don't approve of the use of the word "Niggaz" or any deviation of da word da the office. I completed my harrassment training this year...apparently you missed that class.
