What do many firms offer… as a financial advisor?

And firms like Merrill, UBS, Smith Barney, Goldman Sachs, morgan stanley, etc.

Ex… at Merrill Lynch as a FA, they give you 2 years training, will have base salary of $40,000-$80,000, BUT you have to meet $15 million AUM in 2 years.

So what else are they offering at other firms?
