Please help me figure out how to become a FA

I want to take the series 7 exam and become a FA.

 I would like to be working, making money while studying for, and taking the 7 exam.

How do I get sponsered to take it?

Is the the best approach?

Where do I find a job?

How can you get an intership, and is this a good idea?

I have no professional licenses.  I have a BS and MA in economics.
