Ml pmd bussiness plan

Has anyone done a business plan for ML PMD program recently? Any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Also I'm not sure about the part they want you to list 10 contacts that would be "Centers of Influence". Am I supposed to list people's names.. this is confusing, why would I give out my leads if I don't get hired...well, let me know your thoughts. I'm completely new in the financial business.
