Ml or mssb 2013

Hello all,
I’m transitioning into this industry and am interested in ML and MSSB in NJ and PA. I heard ML training is changing and the success rate of the PMD is much higher, is this true? I’m former military. Can any one shed updated info on both of these wirehouse’s training programs.
