Merrill PMD or Morgan FAA?

Which training program is better...Merrill Lynch PMD or Morgan Stanley FAA??  Need to make a decision soon.  Both firms hold their respective programs out as the best in the industry and both programs are 3 years as well.  Any feedback or guidance greatly appreciated!  Especially from folks who are either currently in the programs or have recently gone through within the last few years.  Thanks!!
