Entry Level Base Salary

I  just passed my Series 7 exam after being sponsored by a firm called AXA Advisors. I'm having some reservations about staying with my current firm due to a lack of a base salary being provided in the early stages. My manager  wants me to start in a few weeks so if I make a move I need to act quickly. Where would be my best bet to look if I wanted to obtain a financial advisor position within a short period of time, which offers a base salary and does not require any previous financial industry experience?
