Edward Jones vs. New Yok Life vs. Northwestern Mutual

Hey guys - 

I am new around here . . . looking to move out of the full time Christian ministry into the financial world in the Dallas area. I have been interviewing with EJ, NYL, and NW for the last few weeks. I have completed the EJ process and have been offered a job. I hope to have both the NYL and NWM interviews finished up next week. Things are going well so I hope to have offers from all three companies. 

I've read a bunch of the threads in these forums but am looking for some more insight into these companies. Any advice would be appreciated!
