What do you mean by “keep you on board?” 

Not as an FA.  Perhaps as a non-licensed assistant. If you lack the license(s) to legally function in a role, would you expect otherwise?

As new/new said, in rare circumstances, they will grant you a second chance at the exam.  I have only seen this is the case of a long-time BOA that gave up her position to try to become an FA.  She failed once (missed by one point), so they granted her another try.  I think she failed again, but I am not sure if she came back as a BOA somewhere.

By “keep you on board” I imagine bank meant allow him/her to take the exam again.

If you are doing well on the exams leading up to the test and have a “bad day”  They MAY give you a second chance.  If you were doing poorly on the check up exams and not calling in for help.  You are toast.

Bank, if you are stressing, don’t.  Keep in mind 90% of EDJers pass the series 7.  I believe passing is around 65%.  Just do the 8-10 hrs a day and take the daily exams.  I came from training in another industry and for a pass rate to be this high, they will certainly gear the training towards what’s on the exam.  If they throw out a question not in the end of chapter exams, write it down since its normally on the final exam.  Others can please correct me here that have already been through the EDJ training.

I appreciate all the comments.  I have done very well on the chapter exams, and checkups but did perform as well on the actual finals and practice exams that they give you towards the end. 

Just a bit worried since this is one of the biggest tests that I have taken and my future is riding on this exam…
