Best firms for person over 50 making a career change

I am over 50 and looking to make a career change. While I have a lot of great experience in the financial services industry, selling is relatively new to me. I have been talking to many different firms about their financial advisor programs and there are some big differences.

For all of you experts out there, what are the best firms/programs for individuals over 50?
