Best Development Program

I was wonder what your opinions are on development on a new financial advisors. What programs are best and why are they best. The ones I have looked into are Edward Jones, Wells Fargo, and Merrill Lynch. I have also been meeting with independent Advising firms in my town to see what it is like in those places. Which programs are best for developing you and which places are better in the long run. Any information would be amazing. Thank you!
