Bernstein Wealth Management

I am about to make a career switch into the financial sector. At this point I have the option of going with the Merrill Lynch PMD or the Associate program with Bernstein Wealth Management.

From the forums I have gotten a pretty good idea about what it is like over at ML/what is needed to succeed, but I haven't found any good information about what it is like working for AB post-2010ish. 

Does/Has anyone worked for them in the last couple of years? Can you share your experience?
