Any information about Mass Mutual?

I am considering joining a Mass Mutual branch. Can anyone provide any inside information about working for them, ie. Benefits, payouts, etc...

Do not do it. Classic example of promising the stars and delivering nothing. I would be curious to hear how they pitched this career opportunity and then I will tell you the truth.
