Startup and Ongoing Costs for independent RIA

I plan to start an individual RIA firm in Los Angeles (one person).

Beyond the obvious / easy to estimate costs of rent, suplies, computers, marketing costs, web hosting, etc., I'm basically trying to estimate the startup and ongoing annual costs (in terms of legal, registration/filing, compliance, and industry assoiciation costs) for being an independent RIA. 

I was also wondering if anyone had referrals to specific companies / lawyors / consultants who can help with setting up an RIA, doing the filings, and outsourcing ongoing compliance/filings.
