Sell LPL IPO Restricted Stock Shares?

Last yr, I left LPL after 10 yrs at LPL.  I still have restricted stock shares at LPL, which is going public soon.

Anyone, esp those who are still at LPL, have a recommendation on whether I should sell these shares at this time?

Also, what's the expected price?
