RIA - Asset Allocation Software (strategic)

Hello All. I looking for good asset allocation software. I am a relatively small RIA office (solo-Advisor with one assistant). I am looking for strategic (not tactical) models based on as much past-performance/statistics as possible. Would prefer not to pay $10,000+ year. Any thoughts?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

There is an app called Fintra which is working on this..Just wait for a couple of weeks..
