Revenue Sharing

Anyone have success setting up revenue sharing with a CPA? A CPA approached me about setting up an agreement, but I am trying to figure out what are fair terms.

Thanks NOVA. Do you pay the 25 bps for a specific amount of time (1 yr, 2 yrs, ..) or as long as the person is a client?
