Managing alien resident monies

Hi guys,

I've run into the opportunity to handle investments for a few foreign investors (Germany, Colombia). I checked with my custodian (Interactive Brokers) and they have no problems with that.

I tried to see what regulatory issues I might face other than the normal RIA requirements. Probably related to FATCA, I assume. Anybody have any pointers, gothcha's?
