Looking for someone who has setup an RIA before, i'm halfway through an ohio setup and was hoping for help
So i have made it to this form (the pre-licensing form) and was hoping to find someone that has done it before:

Thanks for offer, but im slowly putting this together, trying to keep expenses out of the equation at first. Although when this grows to a multi billion dollar ria id love to keep the compliance people that helped me get off the ground. :) If you'd like to give put a little help in this scenario let me know.

Completely understandable. Many start-up RIAs try and minimize expenses and I totally get that. Additionally, compliance is one of those areas in all firms that is an expense and non-revenue-generating, however it's so important to be compliant and to have the proper documentation in place not only during the registration process, but in the event of a regulatory examination subsequent to approval.
I sent you a PM with a couple of suggestions on your specific state (OH) requests. Every state is different and I didn't want to confuse anyone by responding to your specific state publicly, since other states/SEC have more or less requirements for registration.
