Shot in the dark, but if you're looking to retire or sell your practice and are in Iowa, then send me a PM. Size is not really as big as a factor as the source of your revenue. Generally speaking, payout would be about 2x recurring revenue plus 1x non-recurring revenue payable over a 1 year timeframe.
