Interested in buying a practice near Chicago

I was fortunate in 2005 to purchase a small practice in Chicago through FPTransitions and am looking to do the same with another local practice.  My business is mostly fee-based, sprinkled with commissions from private REITS.  I am looking for a similar practice and am only interested in a fair deal in which each side benefits.  So if you've been thinking about selling for awhile or the current environment is making things difficult, I would be more than happy to have discussion to see if it would be beneficial for both sides.   Look forward to hearing from you......
