How do you find a book of business from an experienced Advisor? Besides FPTransitions which doesn't work

I am looking to join or start my own RIA having been in F/S for over 15 years and attaining plenty of licenses/designations.  Does anyone know where the marketplace exists for buying someone's or part of someone's book of business?  If so, does anyone know of any for sale in the DFW area?
