Finding RRep for RIA?

I want to find some ‘disgruntled’ FA’s, perhaps Merrill guys that can’t stand the idea of working for a incredibly DUMB commercial bank or downsized guys, to bring their book to an already established RIA, who want to go independent but avoid all the startup hassels. Any ideas of where to look?
