Charles Schwab Franchise Branch Plan

I read an article posted a few hours ago on AdvisorOne discussing Schwab's Franchise Branch plans:

Within the article there was mention: "he explained, with the new franchises situated at least 75 miles from existing Schwab (SCHW) retail branches."
I would be interested in reading Schwab's written policy on the mile-radius minimum they will impose in regard to being near an RIA firm using Schwab for custody? Will it also be 75-miles I wonder?
