Anyone use Interactive Brokers TWS?

Hello, I looked at TWs a year ago, their commissions look pretty good and they offer a ton products, but their niche is active traders, and it didn't seem like they supported a huge, detailed clicent database like mine and their reporting was limited.  If anyone uses them, what is your experience like? How do they compare to LPL for instance?
