So my year ended yesterday(a couple of years ago I picked an arbitrary date) so production was down 15K(due to my switch to fee based and away from A shares and VAs)…

Nope…just a simple indy…I find by picking a year end date, it is a great motivator for firing on all cylinders for prospecting…
