Wealth engine - Is it worth the cost?

Has anyone used the Wealth Engine tool  featured at the bottom right of every page?

Test it by plugging in your zipcode and you'll probably recognize some of the heavier hitters in town.

It seems very expensive, but some of net worth information it pulls up seems unique?

It shows the networth of residents by culling research off tax returns it seems?

and it may be worthwhile to do a short stint and download all of the lists.
