Survey--can't find it please help

I recently read a survey...not sure if it was in print or online about what clients are looking for in an advisor.  Performance was like 3rd or 4th down the line and I think contact was like #1.  It was very recent.  I am not sure if it was in Barrons. Forbes, Investment News...maybe it was about firing their advisor and why they were doing it.  Can anyone help me find this?  Thank you in advance.
