Hey everyone been surfing the forums a bit but cant find a soid answer for this, how do you guys spread your business online? Using website, facebook, twitter, linkedin, etc etc.
Just looking for fresh ideas.

Yes, those are all tools to build your online presence. If you provide valuable information for your target markets it will strengthen your brand, drive traffic to your website and lead to increased business.
It is helpful to have a strategy before dedicating the resources to "spreading your business online."
