Second Office 1,000 miles away
I have this idea that i would like to open another branch of my office, actually may just be small office just for myself at first, in Florida. I currently work out of Northern Ohio. Anyways, anyone know or maybe have done this yourself?. Work a couple of weeks up north and couple weeks south. This is to eventually make a move to where most of my business will be in the more high net worth area of sunny Florida.

I've been toying around with this idea myself, but California rather than Florida. So far I've gotten a few rather large clients out there, but would have a rather hard time convincing myself of the office. Another idea is to start building your business with people all over the country and simple do phone and web conferences. This makes you location independent, which is much cooler in my opinion.I did it a few years ago in the mountains of NC, I am already in Fl… my biz is 99% phone so I set up a little office at a place we have up there, was great, unfortunately my wifey is working now so we cant up and leave… well I could.
I have a few guys working in my office here in Fl so if I were to leave it would be chaos…
