Why do you say that Rob?

I worked for an FA who bought every product like this that someone would try to sell him. Its was more about getting processes for every single task in the office. More or less it helps you right a handbook on how to execute every day to day task. Kind of a waste of time and money if you ask me, but I guess it was helpful in that after you finish the peak process you have everything streamlined and can focus more on just prospecting.

Probably great for a pretty established practice that is growing out of control due to lack of procedures.  I have read about a lot of firms like this in industry rags.  One day they have 3 people and $75mm AUM, and then one day they wake up and they have $200mm and haven't changed a damn thing about how they run the business.

Better yet - anyone see Carson on CNBC a few days ago?  The dude is talking like the Dow is heading to 5,000 or something.  Wonder what system prompted that?

FWIW - Ron Carson is a stud producer.  I attended one of their trainings about 8 years ago.  Back then he sold a CRM program to do a lot of things like Bill Good does.  Not sure if they're still doing that, but the guy absolutely crushes it from a production standpoint.  So I would **guess** there is always some good things to learn when he teaches.

I’d reiterate the earlier comment… I have heard advisors in the PEAK program say the true benefit is that they get to put a “process in place”.  It all depends on what you are looking for.  If you do a Google search, you can also find other coaching programs like CEG Worldwide, etc.

I have attended a conference in Vegas where Ron Carson spoke....

setting up the process is a terrific step that i think is necessary for anyone who wants to be successful long term.

Carson, Bill Good, Montoya, all terrific people.  Throw in Gittomer and you got the top names.

Hardly.  Great stuff, if you'll follow his teachings.
