List Vendors

Does anyone here have a list vendor that they have had good experiences and that they prefer?  I will be beginning a cold calling campaign, and need a very focused list for a certain demographic, and I also want to know that if I get bad numbers, or numbers on the DNC, that I will be refunded for those bad #s.  Suggestions?
