Group Event Tomorrow

There is a financial workshop for a group of what could be 1,100 people in an area near me which I will be attending. I think I am prepared as I can be with enough materials about me, firm, ideas,raffle,etc but I don’t know if I have enough information to last me all day. It is from 8-5 with speakers who have no financial stake or interest in the group and the hallways will be filled with different financial service providers and firms.
